Monica Taylor, MSMPresident of MET Consultants, LLC
Monica's professional experience includes over 36 years in the global pharmaceutical industry spent working in a variety of corporate settings, including project and organization management, team building, training and development, and leadership forums.
Monica holds both a Bachelors and Masters of Science degree in Business Management. Additionally, she has attained the Master Practitioner certification with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®). The MBTI® is used in a variety of individual, personal, and corporate settings. Monica is also a certified practitioner for Insights® which she has used to facilitate both individual and team workshops.
Monica has worked extensively in the development and facilitation of various training courses and programs, including many aimed at fostering and ultimately improving teamwork within organizations. She has developed and delivered customer-focused programs, including career and personal development workshops, and has worked one-on-one with individuals as a career counselor and coach.
In late 2004, Monica was the subject of a radio interview by Stuart Sobel on the University of Indianapolis radio station, WICR-FM (88.7). The topic for that radio interview was the use of the MBTI® in Board meeting settings. She also self-published the BCC Job Search Aid on May 3, 2003 which was used in a community outreach ministry she developed and led for three years. Monica has facilitated many corporate training workshops on subjects ranging from time management to conflict resolution. She has recently been working with clients on their organization development, ensuring continued success for their business.
Monica is passionate about developing businesses, encouraging their growth, and helping them realize and recognize the strengths, skills and contributions each employee brings to the organization. She herself is a life-long learner and encourages individuals to continue to grow in their educational experiences and pursuits in order to remain engaged and productive in their careers and personal lives.
